“If we are brave enough often enough, we will fall; this is the physics of vulnerability.”
If you identify with any of these statements, then this workshop is for you:
• I find myself emotionally unavailable to others.
• I blame myself for unsuccessful relationships.
• I feel like I'm stuck in a rut, and no matter how much I want to, I just can't seem to get out of it.
• Other people can push my buttons so easily.
• I'm sick of going from one drama to another.
• Why can't I control my emotions?
• It's not my fault that I'm upset, it's just the way I am.
We are not characters in our story, we are the authors. When we own our stories, we can find our power to create a new ending.
THE RISING STRONG PROCESS
Based on the groundbreaking research by Dr. Brené Brown, a renowned social worker and researcher, and author of five #1 New York Times best sellers, this workshop designed for women will explore relationship patterns, how they relate to our attachment styles, and how to heal our relationships with ourselves in order to create healthier relationships with others.
We will dive deeper into how we get can improve feeling our emotions, increase our resilience to stress and trauma, and develop a sense of home within ourselves.
In Rising Strong: The Reckoning, The Rumble, The Revolution, Dr. Brené Brown teaches us how to get back up once we inevitably fall.

MEALS AND ACCOMMODATIONS
This is not an overnight retreat.
This is an intentional decision to allow attendees to spend the night in the setting that best suits their needs. Local attendees may prefer staying at home. Others, local or not, may want to stay in a hotel or Airbnb in order to be away from their typical day-to-day environment. Whatever your preference, we are happy to discuss available options with you.
We will provide dinner on Friday, a light breakfast and lunch on Saturday, and Sunday breakfast. Snacks, teas, juice, and coffee will also be available throughout our time together. Please feel free to bring along any favorite snacks.
WHAT TO BRING
This experience will be more beneficial with an open heart and mind. Confidentiality and safety will be the foundation of this retreat. We intentionally want to have a small group in order for this experience to feel individualized and comfortable. We also encourage you to wear comfortable clothes, and feel free to bring a blanket or pillow.
