Adrianne Robinson, LCSW, LCAS, RYT~200
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist (LCAS), and Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT~200) offering therapy for individuals and families. I maintain a private practice in Raleigh, NC. I also serve Apex, Cary, Clayton, Durham, Wake Forest, and the downtown Raleigh and surrounding areas. Throughout my career, I’ve specialized in solution-focused work, addiction and codependency recovery, anxiety and trauma therapies, mindfulness-based stress reduction, and integrative modalities of healing. I also offer coaching in recovery, life and work transitions, and spirituality. I received my Master’s Degree in social work from NC State and earned my certificate in Addiction Studies from UNC-Chapel Hill.
My experience includes working with adults, adolescents, and families on issues related to addictions, anxiety, self-esteem, compulsive tendencies, trauma recovery, and life transitions. I provide support and useful feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges, aiding clients in understanding their core belief systems, which influence their habits, choices, and behaviors.
I value the therapeutic process between the client and therapist, where real change is encouraged to happen. In providing a compassionate, non-judgmental, and safe environment, I help foster your own personal healing and growth through a relationship anchored in compassion, empathy, trust, and respect.
